We are a family home inspection firm, so every client gets to interact with and deal directly with the business owner Kevin Greenlee. With over 25 years experience in the home improvement industry and expert knowledge for standards of quality, we offer the very best service we can to our clients, and experience has taught us that nobody is as dedicated to a thorough home inspection than as the owners of the business (Shelane is also working hard in the office making sure everything is running smooth for you). Inspection Reports

 

Greenlee inspections follow a comprehensive list to develop your home inspection report. All inspections are performed by Kevin Greenlee who utilizes his building construction and remodeling background coupled with an attention for detail and a genuine enjoyment of the inspection process to help you protect your investment. You will recieve an honest report from an experienced and keen eye.

Greenlee Inspectors can steer you away from future damage that can come from a pest infestation, or impending structure damage because of age that could cost you in maintanance and repair bills. Sweat equity and experience matter in examining and inspecting from top to bottom.

 

Essential Safety

 

We inspect the plumbing and electrical systems as well as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) components, roofing, siding, windows, doors and decks. 

 

Exterior Surface

 

We inspect home exteriors for correct clearance between ground and siding material, condition of exterior paint or siding, and properly working lights and electrical outlets. 

 

Historic Properties

 

So many inspectors today shy away from historic properties and focus on new construction, but Kevin loves inspecting older homes of all shapes and sizes.  We understand the differences between actual issues in the home and the quirks that simply add to an older property’s charm. One of Kevin’s first homes was 100 years old, and he and rebuilt, remodeled it over a period of 10 years.
